For All Range Key Holders,
all guests that you bring with you are required to
sign a Liability Agreement form. Following the below permits you to complete
this requirement prior to coming to the range. You may place the completed forms
in the gray mailbox under the shed.
For all others, current Post rules state that you must attend a Range Rules &

class. The current class schedule can be seen
HERE.
The Liability Agreement is a legal document. You must
adhere to the following instructions:

then print both pages, sign anywhere on the first page, and sign the form on the
second page with a witness. The witness signature IS REQUIRED!
2. The Witness must be someone over 18 years of age who can LEGALLY attest to the fact that
that person saw you sign the form. The Witness must print their name and place a
date into the box.
3. The form may be mailed to

Print menu that comes up); then click Print; when the form has printed, replace
the page into the printer with the opposite side showing; scroll to page 2 of
the form; do the same operations starting at "select the print option". You do

sure that you turn the page to the "other" side for the second page. All documents are in PDF format. You must have the Adobe
Reader (free download) to read them.
