The pad is ready

The engineering work, the steel to construct the pedestal, & the cutting & welding
was donated to Post 48  by the below three companies


The engineering drawing to build the pedestal was done by

Mike Howland was  the sole fabricator of the pedestal, transportation, and installation.
He supervised the final setting of the Cobra to ensure the mechanical fixtures
were properly in place
