for being selected by American Legion Post 48 Chesnee to attend the 2016 Nathan M. Wolfe Law Cadet Academy conducted at the Criminal Justice Academy in Columbia. The mission of the Law Cadet Academy is to accept high school students who are interested in law enforcement as a career and give them a week of training with instructors from various law enforcement agencies in South Carolina to include the Highway Patrol, Sheriff's Office, local Police Department, SLED, DNR, and the Dept. of Corrections. Each student will receive hands on training and will leave with a better knowledge of what law enforcement does.
